Who we are...

360Tactics™ is locally owned and operated and was launched in 2009 by Jordan Stephens and Matt Haver, both of whom grew up in Port Orchard, WA, where 360Tactics™ is currently headquartered.

Lifelong friends, and classmates at Western Washington University, Jordan -- an accomplished computer scientist and programmer, and Matt -- a lifelong artist and writer, saw the opportunity to combine their talents and form a business focused on technical excellence, artistic creativity and service to the community.
